What Reviews Plus adds
Reviews Plus is the top Reviews level. It includes everything in the Reviews add-on, plus the following.
AI insights
Properti reads across your synced reviews and gives you a plain-English summary of what clients consistently praise and where the recurring themes are. Insights need at least 5 reviews to generate, and they refresh as new reviews come in. It's the fastest way to find the lines your marketing should be using, in your clients' own words.
Automatic follow-ups
When someone doesn't respond to a review request, Properti follows up for you automatically. By default a follow-up goes out 3 days after the original request, with a maximum of 2 follow-ups. You can adjust the timing in Reviews settings.
Sync any Google location
Choose any location from your Google Business Profile to sync reviews from, and change it whenever you need. Useful for offices with more than one location or a more complex Google setup.
Custom domains
Send review request emails from your own domain, and host your review page on your own domain too. Your clients see your brand end to end.
Unbranded widgets
Website widgets on Reviews Plus can hide the Powered by Properti mark, so the reviews on your site carry your brand only. See Putting your reviews on your website.
Unlimited SMS requests
SMS review requests are unlimited on Reviews Plus. On the Reviews add-on, SMS requests have a monthly allowance.
How to add Reviews Plus
Open Unlock features in the left-hand menu, scroll to Add-ons and choose Add next to Reviews Plus. It's billed with your subscription and switches on straight away. You need to be a workspace admin.
