What Automations are Available?

On the Properti platform, there are a variety of different automations that can be setup for your property listings.

There are two categories of automations that can be setup on the Properti platform that are compatible for both sale and rental listings. These are Trigger Automations (invocation of trigger performed after an event) and Schedule Automations (invocation of event based on time).

Below you will find information for Trigger Automations (for Organic Posts and Paid Campaigns) and Schedule Automations (for Organic Posts and Paid Campaigns).



Trigger Automations (Organic Post to Socials):

A trigger automation refers to a process where an action is automatically initiated based on a specific event or condition, called a "trigger." In the context of how this works within Properti, these triggers are based on the status updates for a listing within your CRM.

👉  New Listing (For Sale, For Rent)
When you're launching a new sales or rental listing from your CRM to the portals (including Properti), our platform will recognise this action as activity and will trigger an event based on the listing status being "current".

The configuration is predefined by you, with specific rules ie: When there's a new sale listing launched from our CRM, I would like a post to go out to our offices' Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business page with 4 images.

Other Trigger Automation Categories Available:


👉 Update Listing Status (Sold, Leased, Withdrawn options)
If you change the listing status in your CRM to Sold, Leased or Withdrawn, there's a trigger automation available to be setup for this category.

👉 Listing Under Offer (Under Offer)
If you change the listing status in your CRM to "Under Offer", there's a trigger automation available to be setup for this category.

👉 Update Listing Price (Increase, Decrease options)
If you change the listing price in your CRM that reflects an increase or decrease, there's a trigger automation available to be setup for this category.

👉 New RSS Feed Content Item
If you have connected a blog source to the Properti platform (see article below about News Content), there's a trigger available where when a blog or article has been posted by the source, this triggers an event to post to your social media pages - namely Facebook & LinkedIn.

👉 New Customer Review
By connecting your Google My Business to Properti, you can setup a trigger automation that will trigger an event to build a review and post to your social channels at the same time it is posted to your Google My Business. Filters and rules are predefined by you (star ratings), so rest assured that no negative content will reach your social media pages.

🟢 It's important to have these automations configured in Properti before making any changes in your CRM, as the event won't be captured if this is set up afterwards.



Trigger Automations (Paid Campaigns Auto-Published to Socials):

A trigger automation can be setup to put your social media marketing on auto-pilot. You have the option to automate your campaigns once the relevant event (predefined by you) occurs, this will trigger a campaign to be configured and published without lifting a finger!

The same trigger events mentioned above are available to use when setting up Trigger Automations for Campaigns.

Schedule Automations (Organic Post to Socials):

A schedule automation refers to a process where an action is automatically initiated based on certain property information being collated and posted at specific moment in time, called a "schedule". In the context of how this works within Properti, these schedules are based on listing data being available at a nominated time to be able to generate a post.

👉  Upcoming Open For Inspections
When you have entered the OFI times in your CRM for your listings, the Schedule Automation should be configured to perform after this time, or on a separate day. This ensures that the necessary information is ready and that posts can be automatically generated according to the designated schedule.

The configuration is predefined by you, with specific rules ie: On a Wednesday at 3pm each week, an OFI post will generate and post to our offices' Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn page.

👉 Upcoming Auctions
Similar to Upcoming Open for Inspections - When you have entered in Auction times in your CRM for your listings, the Schedule Automation should be configured to perform after this time, or on a separate day. This ensures that the necessary information is ready and that posts can be automatically generated according to the designated schedule.

👉 Recently Sold
You can utilise a carousel style post or a video that will generate at a specified day/time and collate sold information with these available filter periods of: 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, 7-day, 14-day, 1-month, 12-months. An example of this would be creating a Schedule Automation for Recently Sold listings from the last month.

👉 Recently Leased
You can utilise a carousel style post or a video that will generate at a specified day/time and collate leased information with these available filter periods of: 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, 7-day, 14-day, 1-month, 12-months. An example of this would be creating a Schedule Automation for Recently Leased listings from the last month.


👉 Recently Listed For Sale or For Lease
You can utilise a carousel style post or a video that will generate at a specified day/time and collate Recently Listed For Sale or For Lease information with these available filter periods of: 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, 7-day, 14-day, 1-month, 12-months. An example of this would be creating a Schedule Automation for Recently Listed Sale or Lease properties.



Schedule Automations (Paid Campaigns Auto-Published to Socials):

A schedule automation can be setup for campaigns. You have the option to automate your campaigns once the relevant data collection and time schedule (predefined by you) occurs. This will initiate the configuration and publication of a campaign without any manual intervention required!

The same schedule events mentioned above are available to use when setting up Schedule Automations for Campaigns.
