Why link a review to a listing
A review on its own says a client was happy. A review linked to the listing it came from says where, what kind of property, and which agent. Properti uses that in three places:
AI replies name the suburb and property type, so your reply reads like it was written for that sale and helps you show up in local searches. The full address is never used.
Social tiles can pull the property into the review post.
Website widgets show the listing address on the review card.
Link it when you send the request
The easiest time to link a listing is when you ask for the review, because the review inherits the link automatically when it comes back.
Go to Reviews, choose Requests, then Request a review.
Fill in the recipient and choose email or SMS.
In the Listing field, start typing the address and pick the property.
Send the request.
When the client leaves their review, Properti matches it to the request and carries the listing across. You can see the listing against each request in the Requests view.
Link it to a review you already have
Reviews that arrived without a request, including reviews synced from Google or realestate.com.au and reviews you added by hand, can be linked afterwards.
Open the review in your Reviews inbox.
Choose Add property details under the reply box, or open the review's details.
Set Connected listing (and Connected agent if it isn't already set), then Save.
Once a listing is connected, Add property details disappears from the reply box and Generate with AI uses the suburb and property type in its draft.
Good to know
Listings come from your connected CRM feed, the same ones you see under Listings. If a property isn't there yet, check your CRM sync first.
The link is private to your workspace. It is not shown to the reviewer and it does not change what appears on Google or realestate.com.au.
You can change or remove the connected listing at any time from the review's details.
